AUSTRIA

We kicked things off with a wild overnight stay at Gablonzer Hut, setting the stage to be the very first to tackle the via ferrata the next day. This journey had it all – heart-pounding climbs, breathtaking views, and one unforgettable moment when we reached the infamous "sky ladder." My legs turned into jelly when we peered down at a jaw-dropping 2,000 ft drop! The nerves were real, but the thrill was even more intense. Despite the shakes and shivers, we had an absolute blast, and we'd do it all over again without a doubt. The Donnerkogel Klettersteig experience left us craving more adventure!

EVEREST BASE CAMP, NEPAL

The journey was long and tough, but the feeling of making it to the base camp was indescribable. As I slept at 17000 feet, it was the worst night of my life. However, the next morning brought with it a renewed sense of determination as I pushed myself towards my goal. I will never forget the moment when I finally reached Everest Base Camp. It was a mix of emotions - joy, relief, and a sense of accomplishment. The view was breathtaking, and the feeling of being at the foot of the highest peak in the world was overwhelming.

NAMIBIA

On November 2022, me and my brother set out on an over-landing adventure to Namibia. This is the beginning of our journey.

SCOTLAND

I was blown away by the beauty of Scotland.
Mom and I went on an adventure to the Highlands and Isle of Skye. Behind every mountain and every loch, we discovered some beautiful, moody, and rugged landscapes.

VIETNAM

I was lucky enough to be able to experience the beautiful land of Vietnam before all this world madness got worse. It is one of my dream destinations. The people, the food, THE COFFEE, the scenery were all amazing — just exactly what I had expected. I also met a few awesome people from different parts of the world, which I always enjoy.

CALIFORNIA

Went back to the place that is very close to my heart. I spent a week alone in the Sierra Nevada mountains, the central coast, and NorCal. It was one of the most thrilling experiences I've had: It was my first time camping alone (which was a little terrifying, not gonna lie), hiking a long trail alone (I was fortunate enough that I did not see any bear or mountain lion. haha), and driving through some windy mountain roads while it was pitch-black, alone (thank God I did not fall off a cliff or hit any wild life except for that poor squirrel, RIP!) I love traveling solo every once in a while. It makes you appreciate yourself even more and it is quite peaceful.

PNW

I spent a couple of days in the Pacific North West with my siblings. From the Cascades, to the Olympic Peninsula and Mt. Rainer. We pitched our tents/hammocks and slept under the tall Evergreen trees, hiked until our legs become jello, took a wrong trail and almost got stranded at the top of a steep mountain (Mom, we are fine. Lol!), and ate some delicious camp food! It was six days full of adventure.

PARIS, FRANCE

I brought my mom and dad with me to Paris. We walked all over the city of lights seeing all of its beauty. It is now officially my favorite city! From the narrow yet elegant streets of Montmartre to the grand avenue of Champs-Elysées, and the iconic Tour Eiffel, Paris is indeed a beautiful city with a wonderful atmosphere. ...and I already miss the smell of the freshly baked croissants from the boulangerie across the street from our airbnb. Mmmmm!

CANADIAN ROCKIES

Back in 2018, I went on a spontaneous (short but sweet) trip to the Canadian Rockies, in the province of Alberta. It was love at first sight and definitely stole my heart. Exploring the rockies and seeing the amazing heights and landscapes is something really special. The huge, stunning peaks made me feel very insignificant. The contrast of the teal lakes, orange/yellow/green trees, rocks and bright snow was mesmerizing. We scaled a mountain, laughed at jokes, took photos, and enjoyed the moody views. I also decided to put my phone down while I was there to be “in the moment” — best. decision. ever. It allowed me to recognize the beauty of the little things. I cannot wait to go back and hit more trails in this region.

ICELAND

I ventured out to Iceland alone. It was my first time to travel solo and I remember being so terrified. In fact, I drank 4 glasses of wine before my flight just to calm my nerves. Haha! I got lost in the middle of nowhere, dodged a gazillion potholes, got rained on, ate some nasty fermented shark meat, drove into extreme fog while going down the mountain, drove into a long and dark under-water tunnel, drove into a sketchy dirt road, almost hit a horse that came out of nowhere, hiked a long trail alone while it was raining, swam between 2 tectonic plates, and so on. It was a crazy and fun 6 days that I will remember for the rest of my life. I also ate too much gas station hotdog sandwich (because this was all I could afford in Iceland) ...and now, I really want to go back!

AMERICAN SOUTHWEST

2,100 miles, 4 states, 6 national parks, 3 amazing people! There's no other place quite like The American Southwest. It is definitely a unique region of the world. For those of you who know me personally, I have a serious thirst for adventure, long road trips, hiking, and for exploring endless open spaces. This place, for me, is paradise! I am so glad I came back after 10 years. It is still as beautiful as I remember, and I cannot wait to go back again... soon!

THAILAND

Our 2 week Thailand backpacking trip in 4 minutes - from Bangkok to Phi Phi Islands: Multiple taxi, plane, ferry, long tail boat and bus rides, night market literally every night, street food, full moon party, sunset cruise, booze cruise, mosquito rashes, endless cheap massages, pad thai, pad gra prao, MANGO STICKY RICE!!! I love the FOOD, the energy, and the kind people. The locals that we met along the way treated us like a friend. From the cab drivers, the market and street food vendors, to the boat drivers, they were all so nice! Definitely the land of smiles! And southern Thailand is PARADISE. Definitely put this on your bucket list!
