The Booking Process
Are you ready to take the next step? Send an inquiry and I’ll personally reach out either way to let you know if your date is open. If it is, I’ll send over a link to schedule a video call so we can talk through all the details of your wedding day. There’s absolutely no pressure to book, but I highly recommend it, it’s a great way for us to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit.
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send over the contract and invoice. A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before the wedding.
I'm passionate about capturing the unique ways people celebrate their love, and it excites me to create a film that reflects each couple's story. I’d love to get to know you and hear about your expectations and dreams for your special day.
I only take on 15 weddings a year so each couple has my full attention and service.

I also work closely alongside your photographer and their team to ensure we move in sync, never in each other’s way, so everything feels seamless, collaborative, and even fun.
My camera gear is small and unobtrusive, allowing me to blend in seamlessly. I aim to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and many couples are surprised by the scenes I capture because they didn't even notice me. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible while ensuring all the important moments are beautifully recorded for your video.

I take great care in crafting each wedding film, ensuring it's the best possible. This involves dedicated time for selecting the perfect music and meticulous editing. Films are typically delivered within 10-12 weeks. Rest assured, all films are delivered within 120 days of your event date.

I recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. I take on a limited number of weddings each year to give every couple my full attention, and dates, especially spring and fall weekends, tend to book well in advance.

I’m based in North Carolina and frequently travel for weddings! Travel within the United States is included in all packages.
At this time, I’m not accepting international weddings and I am currently booking weddings within the United States only. While I’m not yet booking weddings in Canada, I’m in the process of relocating there and finalizing my ability to legally work there. Once I’m able to accept weddings there, I’ll be sure to share the update on my Instagram!

Once we’re both feeling great about moving forward, a small prepayment will secure your wedding date. That’s it, simple and easy!

From the moment your wedding day begins, your footage is treated with care. I film on professional cameras that record to multiple memory cards, creating instant in-camera backups throughout the day. After the wedding, your footage is immediately transferred and stored on multiple secure hard drives in separate locations.
In addition to physical backups, your project files are also stored on a secure cloud system for an added layer of protection. I never work from a single copy, and I never delete original footage until your final films are delivered and safely archived.
Your memories are irreplaceable, and protecting them is just as important to me as capturing them beautifully.
